• The space must be flat, level, and free of obstacles.

• Driveway, garage, warehouse, and backyards are all acceptable if they meet these minimum dimensions.

We need:

• One standard 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup location

• No generators are required for basic setups—our team handles all power cords and protection
  If you don’t have access to power, let us know. We have backup options available for an additional fee.

Every rental includes:

• Full simulator enclosure with screen & projector

• Launch monitor with instant stats and ball tracking

• Premium hitting mat and tee

• Golf clubs (men’s, women’s, and junior)

• On-site setup and breakdown

• Optional: staff member to run the simulator (included in hourly packages)

We offer:

• Hourly rentals (1–4 hours, with staff on-site)

• Per-play rentals (popular for vendor/festival events—e.g., 5 swings for $10)

• Half-day and full-day packages (great for large events and tournaments)

Yes! We provide clubs for all ages and adjust settings for beginner or junior players. It’s safe and fun for kids and adults alike.

If it rains or winds exceed 25 mph, outdoor setups may be canceled or rescheduled for safety.
We recommend covered patios, garages, or indoor options if weather looks questionable. Our simulator cannot be exposed to heavy wind, rain, or direct sun on the projector.

• Remaining balance is due before or at the start of the event

• We accept Credit Card, Cash, Check, or ACH and digital invoice.

We’re based in Midland–Odessa, TX and serve surrounding areas up to 25 mile radius.

Yes. All participants/host must complete a digital waiver/contract before playing. We’ll send a simple link via text or email before your event. No waiver = no play.
